Job descriptionMoneytrans is currently looking for an Operator/Sales advisor to reinforce the teams in the city of Gent, during the week and at weekends. Detailed content of the proposed function: * Encoding of money transfer transactions in a program designed for this purpose;* Execution of foreign exchange cash transactions via a program designed for this purpose;* Execution of payment transactions on accounts via a programme provided for this purpose;* Sale of various items (telephone cards, lotteries, transport tickets, etc.);* Maintaining an (additional / physical) cash register;* Canvassing customers on the premises and in the ethnic districts;* Participation in the organisation of commercial events for the diaspora public. The operator is guided and supported in the execution of his tasks by a ?branch manager? who manages the agency and the main cash desk, who in turn reports to a ?retail network manager? and the internal auditors. For any (problem raised / request made) ?? by a customer on any transaction, the operator can also count on the support of an assigned ?customer service?.Your profil* You have experience in a similar function or within a similar multicultural environment or you are at least familiar with customer contact and diversity;* You are dynamic, have a keen sense of responsibility and want to participate in the development of a rapidly growing company in the technological financial sector (?Fintech?);* You are fluent in Dutch and have a very good working knowledge of English.
