Job Description

Job SummaryTo assist with all aspects of Management Information Systems (MIS), Data, Examinations and Administration.?Key Accountabilities (Responsibilities)

  1. Help in the production of strategic and operational data for analysis
  2. Ensure proper utilization of sales force CRM
  3. Project management
  4. Monthly / Weekly / Daily reports?
  5. Sales incentive to coordinate with HR / Finance
  6. Import data and from a variety of external sources as required
  7. Monitor Management Information Systems as required
  8. Liaising closely with IT and developers in order to ensure that the Salesforce system managed effectively.
  9. Creating and modifying reports and dashboards.
  10. Operator data analysis (Budget/Forecast).
  11. Following up on Sales KPIs to ensure maximum achievement.
  12. Monitor market stock and aging.
  13. Transforming towards office automation and optimizing business processes.
