.Job Summary? To provide business operations support to Vehicle Finance team ? Assist customers (Retail & Corporate) with necessary documents & provide after sales services.? Update deal additional information (DIM) in core banking system & arrange the file sent to archive after complete the payment & all necessary updating.? Maintain quality and compliance management? As a backup for all operational work & customer services issues. Key Accountabilities? Customer service & interactions.? DIM update, Archiving & all VF Ops related assigned tasks.? Daily business activity (Amendment /Blocking Release/ Insurance/Postponement / early settlement/ issuance of obligation letter / plate number change letter / Customs letter).? Compliance to Vehicle Release process & procedures (Corporate & Retail).? Preparing IPG for corporate customers.? Ensure full adherence to bank policy, procedure & SOP.? Ensure professional and ethical standards are maintained at all levels.? Handle internal & external queries in timely & efficient manner and maintain excellent working relations with all business partners / units.? Ensure the strict implementation of policies, instructions & circulars related to all procedures, products and services of the bank.
