.Job Summary?˙˙˙To provide business operations support to Vehicle Finance team˙?˙˙˙Assist customers (Retail & Corporate) with necessary documents & provide after sales services.?˙˙˙Update deal additional information (DIM) in core banking system & arrange the file sent to archive after complete the payment & all necessary updating.?˙˙˙Maintain quality and compliance management?˙˙˙As a backup for all operational work & customer services issues.˙Key Accountabilities?˙˙˙Customer service & interactions.?˙˙˙DIM update, Archiving & all VF Ops related assigned tasks.?˙˙˙Daily business activity (Amendment /Blocking Release/ Insurance/Postponement / early settlement/ issuance of obligation letter / plate number change letter / Customs letter).?˙˙˙Compliance to Vehicle Release process & procedures (Corporate & Retail).?˙˙˙Preparing IPG for corporate customers.?˙˙˙Ensure full adherence to bank policy, procedure & SOP.?˙˙˙Ensure professional and ethical standards are maintained at all levels.?˙˙˙Handle internal & external queries in timely & efficient manner and maintain excellent working relations with all business partners / units.?˙˙˙Ensure the strict implementation of policies, instructions & circulars related to all procedures, products and services of the bank.
