Key Responsibilities:Ensure VIP suites, executive offices, and private areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standard of luxury and hygiene.Maintain housekeeping trolley, linen closets, and cleaning tools in perfect order, ready for daily use.Handle fine materials, furnishings, and delicate surfaces with proper care and approved cleaning methods.Ensure guest amenities, linen, and toiletries are replenished and presented to five-star standards.Inspect and prepare rooms before guest arrival, ensuring every detail reflects premium quality and comfort.Manage turn-down services and special room setups according to guest preferences.Report any maintenance issues, damages, or malfunctions immediately to the supervisor or maintenance team.Adhere strictly to health, safety, and hygiene protocols, maintaining a safe working environment.Handle guest requests and complaints promptly, courteously, and confidentially.Follow company’s Lost and Found procedures with honesty and professionalism.Support the housekeeping team during VIP events, functions, or special delegations.Coordinate with Front Office, Engineering, and Laundry departments for smooth operations.Maintain inventory records of linen, cleaning supplies, and guest amenities.Uphold the brand’s image and grooming standards at all times.Perform any other tasks assigned by the Housekeeping Supervisor or Manager.Desired Skills & ExperienceRequirements:Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Housekeeping Attendant, preferably in a luxury hotel, resort, or VIP residence.Strong understanding of guest privacy, etiquette, and confidentiality protocols.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in English required, additional languages are an advantage.Must be physically fit and capable of standing or walking for long periods.High level of attention to detail and organization.Must have a valid QID and be available to join immediately.
