The role will have full responsibility for the sales organisation within the market. Lead and develop the team of Sales Field Force to deliver local as well as regional business strategy through effective coaching and support. Provide a highest level of understanding and interpretation of new HCP engagement guidelines to the team. Formulate, evaluate and implement compliance initiatives in line with global compliance practices. Cultivate a network of collaborative relationships among CTC, marketing, medical, regulatory, distributors and others departments to ensure alignment of strategy and optimise accessibility of our products to the patients for their utmost benefit Set Direction and Inspire Support the team in setting clear and compelling vision that guides them to deliver the strategy and goals at territory as well as at country level Responsible for building the account management capabilities of individual Reps, driving value-based key account management as a mindset rather than just a function Ensure all team members are fully aligned & equipped to apply the company?s strategy as well as GSK policies, processes, procedures and expectations Support business plans by conducting market analysis, indentifying root causes and implications while ensuring timely follow-ups and execution to achieve agreed KPIs Identify and explore opportunities for both new and existing products, support marketing team in preparing for successful launches and develop sustainable relationships with Key External Experts Drive performance Develop a culture of performance and self accountability for delivery of quality results within a team Lead and Follow-up on team?s KPIs to optimize customers? facing time and propose the best structure according to each team member?s capacity and area specificity in alignment with brand strategy Conduct regular performance reviews in order to assess improvement and development versus plan of team members Discuss new assignments in order to build skill capacity of team members and inspire them to take up challenging assignments and succeed Living the company values Drive the team and act as a role model in living the company values of integrity, respect for people, transparency and putting the patient at the core of every decision in every interaction internally and externally Position GSK as a partner of choice for external experts by building trustful relationships with HCPs and leveraging team?s knowledge and having the patient at the heart of every discussion Accountability: Knowledge Pharma products knowledge, market intelligence and patient focused selling model Lead a team of experts in the team to achieve GSK standards in disease and product knowledge Annual certification with full compliance to related SOPs, policies and local regulations for self and team Activities Meet GSK standards of in-field coaching KPIs Evaluate teams performance in relation to GSK?s Standard KPIs for efficiency and effectiveness Review compass reporting KPIs on regular basis Prepare a consultative coaching plan with every team member and conduct follow up sessions Ensure effective management and unitization of Group Doctor Meetings Ensure that market intelligence activities are executed effectively and timely feedback is submitted for follow up action plans Ensure that performance review discussions are in place and is followed up regularly Develop a culture of caring GSK assets within the team and optimizing the company resources Application of Knowledge Prepare and effectively execute the business plans aligned to medical & marketing strategies Meet the defined standards during In-field coaching Develop the team to meet GSK standards during for the Role Play Assessment criteria Ensure all activities are executed in line with governance and compliance guidelines Ensure Customer Satisfaction in the defined territory Why you? Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: Science based degree (preferably a Pharmacy Degree) Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial roles People management experience is a must. Experience in General Medicine and Established Pharma products is preferred Hiring would be subjected based on securing work permit and residence in Qatar Preferred Qualifications: Postgraduate studies are an advantage Qatar experience would be preferred Essential Skills and Abilities: Proven track record of effective territory management and distinguished field KPIs Fluency in spoken English is a must and Arabic is preferred Ability to lead, inspire, and coach a team of junior and experienced Sales Field Force staff Ability to establish the development agenda in line with team?s current capabilities Capability of planning, organizing, and leading effective field operations in a highly competitive market Robust knowledge and capability of analyzing complex data of various sources and interpret it for effective business solutions Demonstrated project management capability Highly evident and developed verbal and written communication skills and a strong interpersonal skill A change champion with the ability to drive the change agenda Strong knowledge of GSK?s compliance and governance framework.
