Run day to day operations of the horse farm which contains around 90 stables (150 horses)
Formulating overall strategy, managing people and establishing policies
Helping staff develop and be productive, while ensuring wellbeing of the horses and maintaining the facilities of our horse riding school.
Lead, mentor and motivate staff
Provide formal supervisions and manage staff performances
Manage finances and?Human resources for horse riding school staff (salary/holiday planning/contracts/etc)
Build effective working relationships with key stakeholders and other organisations
Member of the Horse and Facility Improvement Team
Adhere to all statutory legislation and?Health and safety standards
