  • Implement sales tactics, including customer strategies to secure competitor business and incorporate them into all major targets.
  • Engage with customers to identify their needs, problems and issues; Coordinate to provide and suggest solutions for already identified problems; Discuss rates with the customers to add their business into the DHL portfolio.
  • Monitor performance of customers on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
  • Review daily generated reports; Evaluate sales volumes to identify grey areas in sales.
  • Analyse and monitor customer data to measure success and identify fluctuations/trends so as to decide on the relevant actions to be taken.
  • Collaborate to plan strategies on filling revenue gaps which are present.
  • Ensure that all documentation and data relating to customer, agreements and terms of reference is maintained accurately.
  • Monitor competitors? activity and take appropriate action.
  • Ensure information security as per the company guidelines.
YOUR PROFILE
  • Must possess a bachelor?s degree with at least 8-10 years? of experience in a similar role.
  • Proven ability to work with customers, identifying and resolving customer requirements that contribute to successful business acquisition, customer retention and overall revenue growth.
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to network at all levels.
