Our inclusive team of dreamers, doers and disruptors push the limits from impossible to possible.What you will learn and contribute toGeneral Purpose-- Proactively plans and performs advanced technical activities requiring knowledge in multiple areas or on a system level providing excellent Services to the customer.-- Prioritizes work based on customer and business impact and brings expertise to customer site on need basis.-- Passionate in Service of the Business and learning new technologiesMain Responsibility Area--- Perform Installation, Integration, Acceptance testing, Operations & Maintenance, and any ongoing modification (including upgrades) & configuration changes to the Nokia?s IMS / SBC (Session Border Controller).--- Perform the following for Nokia IMS > SBC (Session Border Controller) Solution:Network Design, Data Design, Artifact generation, Acceptance Test Procedures, CIQ and LLD Templates, Design Consolidation for Emergency Calls and LI, Cloud Audit, Software Upgrade OpenStack, SBC Cloud installation, SBC Diagnostics and Troubleshooting--- Provide technical support assistance--- Cooperation with other engineering teams for troubleshooting, configurations, and horizontal integrations--- Prepare the LLD and assist the Domain and E2E Architects with any IMS/SBC design related tasks or discussions--- Develop service documentation and procedures--- Perform first installs of new software, upgrades, and hardware expansions--- Perform system integration and regression tests--- Should be passionate about troubleshooting issues, thinking out of the box when it comes to problem solving--- Contribute to the creation of common artifacts and tools for usage by the Solution Engineering community and lead knowledge transfer and ramp up-- Lead your own competence development and contribute to the Nokia Knowledge Hubs aka. Communities of Practice--- Interaction with Customer and Partners--- On-call / Emergency Support for Customers when necessaryPosition Requirements-- Experience in SBC Network Design, Data Design, Artifact generation, Acceptance Test Procedures, CIQ and LLD Templates, Design Consolidation for Emergency Calls and LI, Cloud Audit, Software Upgrade OpenStack, SBC Cloud installation, SBC Diagnostics and Troubleshooting-- Delivered at least three IMS/SBC Projects in the recent past preferably within Nokia-- Proven experience in IMS/VoLTE (preferably Nokia & 5 years or more)-- Candidates with experience in CFX, NTAS, MRF will be a highly preferred-- Ideal candidate should have experience in Cloud Computing-- Candidate with experience and/or certification in RHOSP will be preferred-- Good working knowledge of UNIX or Linux Operating Systems.-- Good working knowledge of TCP/IP, VoIP protocols (SIP/RTP/MGCP)-- Experience in Scripting Languages (Python, Perl, Bash, etc.)-- Previous Integration & Operation experience and related wireless and test equipment knowledge-- Strong and demonstrated troubleshooting skills and abilities to debug and reproduce hardware, software, and networking problems including network performance and interoperability issues-- Experience of integration with OSS is highly desirable-- Knowledge of GSM and/or LTE networks highly desirable-- Hands-on experience with operating protocol analysers-- Working knowledge of SQL and Relational databases highly desirable-- Independent work ethics-- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills-- The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in GSM mobile switching of any vendor and excellent mobile telephony knowledge-- Engineer graduated in Telecommunications, IT or Electronic EngineeringAdditional Information
