Visit our careers website to learn more about opportunities at Motive.About the Role:As a Motive Video Producer, you will be responsible for the development, editing, and maintenance of our customer-facing Help Center Support videos on helpcenter.gomotive.com. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to strategize what videos we need, as well as collecting product information to ensure content accuracy. You will own the entire video production process: writing scripts, capturing footage of the product, creating voiceover and/or subtitles, editing images, creating icons, integrating feedback, and managing the proper upload of videos to Help Center. You will be responsible for upkeep of videos to ensure they are accurate and representative of the Motive brand.What Youll Do:

• Own the video production processes for all Motive Help Center videos
• Work with Knowledge Manager to build video strategy based on data
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support to collect product information to ensure that videos are accurate
• Write scripts and create storyboards for video tutorials
• Record high-quality product videos using screencast tool like Camtasia
• Manage resources for voiceover, subtitles, music, and other video assets
• Edit images or videos in professional editing software (i.e. Adobe Premiere)
• Submit work to manager and peers for feedback
• Manage uploading and embedding of videos on Help Center
• Coordinate with Design and Marketing to ensure videos adhere to brand guidelines
• Report on metrics for videos (views, completions, average view duration, etc)
• Recommend new videos based on analysis of customers? needs and gaps in content
• Build out processes for keeping videos up-to-date with latest product information
• Research industry best practices and tools, and implement them to produce high-quality customer-facing tutorial videos

What Were Looking For:

• Proven work experience of at least 3 years as Video Producer, Video Editor, Video Program Manager, or similar role creating video content (Portfolio required)
• Experienced with every stage of video production: scripting, production, post-production
• Experience adhering to brand guidelines for videos
• Experience with media and asset management
• Experience with measuring and reporting on video analytics
• Experience creating high quality screencasts
• Highly organized
• Ability to self-motivate, work independently, and meet deadlines
• Willing to accept feedback from peers and management
• Excited to work in a fast-paced environment with an innovative and hard-working team
• Must have excellent written and verbal English skills
