Job Description

Position Title: UFS Global Capability ? Project LeadEmployment Type: Gen NextLocation: Karachi Head OfficeProject Brief

  • Support the UFS Capability team and business leaders to deliver business transformations in Food Solutions.
  • Work with Global Business transformation & marketing leaders to redefine the Digital future fit Skills for all the four pillars of Digital Transformation
Key Deliverables
  • Rollout Digital Skill assessment in Key 30 markets of Digital Transformation across Asia, Europe, Africa and America. Work with local teams to finalize the results.
  • Conduct a comprehensive data analysis and build the outcomes to share with MCO MDs and Respective global CD leaders.
  • Work with UFS capability team to define capability & learning program for each MCO and Present to MCO Leadership teams.
  • Develop global programs to support local markets with their Future Fit Transformation.
  • Project manager for key CD capability plans and e-learnings on Data, Digital Demand Creation & eRTM(eCom)
  • Work with Global leads for Business Transformation key pillars and help to set up/refine existing communities for better communication to local markets
  • Work to build one-point digital learning hub for Digital Selling with in Unilever platforms i.e. SharePoint or Degreed
  • Manage data collection & perform data analytics. Translate analytics into meaningful scorecards & insights to track the status of projects.
  • Ability to manage a wide range of international stakeholders and create alignment within a complex matrix structure.
Education: Minimum Bachelors DegreeOther Skills:
  • Strong Data analytic, Digital skills and project management skills
  • Excellent PPT skills with advance animation (other platforms will be added advantage)
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in English
  • Bias for action, shows accountability and responsibility and has a ?can do? attitude
  • Desire for flawless execution
  • Ability to deliver through others
  • Create strong relationship and trust with business- and MCOs teams
