Mike Roman, chief executive officer and chairman, 3MThe Impact You?ll Make in this RoleAs a Transportation Specialist at 3M Pakistan, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Leading the full outbound transportation operation for 3M Pakistan as per approved SOPs, meeting or exceeding the agreed KPIs
  • Implementing effective controls and optimize processes for ensuring 100 % Proof of delivery, acceptable distribution lead times and internal & external customer satisfaction.
  • Determines gaps and areas of improvements in the operation by continuous monitoring of the customer complaints, failed deliveries & return management in Sales force. Along with service provider?s performance reviews and full rates management and budgeting.
  • Supports in SAP deployment in 3M Pakistan in the capacity of Transportation super user
  • Willingness to be on-call with internal and external stakeholders for customer order troubleshooting and maximizing visibility of order status for all.
Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:
  • Bachelor?s degree or higher from an accredited institution in Supply Chain Management or Business Major.
  • 5-7 years of experience in transportation, distribution and customer complaint management with 3PLs in a faced paced FMCG environment
  • 5+ years of experience in using renowned ERP solutions along with and advance skill set for using Microsoft Excel & Salesforce
  • 5+ years of experience in leading and supervising internal teams and multiple service providers
  • Excellent people and communication skills to manage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders amicably and effectively.
  • 3+ years? experience in leading logistical cross functional projects to achieve an improved state of operations and/or cost savings.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include
  • Experience is dispute management.
  • Experience in data analysis and high engagement role
