Location(s):PakistanCity/Cities:LahoreTravel Required:Relocation Provided:Job Posting End Date:November 18, 2022Shift: Summary: As a key member of the CPS Pakistan?s Supply Chain and Logistics Team; Responsible to Execute Transportation and Logistics planning processes in line with defined strategies. Identify opportunities for process development and improvement, Cost reduction and improved service for inbound and outbound logistics. Develop and maintain relationships with key carriers through collaborative engagement of all partners according to Service Level Agreements. Maintain and ensure a constant and reliable transport and Logistics service for all inbound and outbound shipments for allocated business operations.KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIESTransportation Operations ? Execute Transportation & Logistics operations as well as all related services for promptly and efficiently delivering goods from/to our suppliers/customers (inbound, outbound, STO and DPS shipments). Make the relevant troubleshooting to satisfy our customers and internal stakeholders. Ensure adherence to any applicable laws and hazardous goods legislations. Optimize utilization rate and route of vehicles. Comply with all applicable customs & transportation processes and regulations. Maintain records, filing and execute general administration duties.Collaboration: - Communicate and collaborate with internal stakeholders of the company (procurement, production, warehouse, quality) and external stakeholders (carriers, logistics providers/Freight forwarders/Custom clearing agents) to ensure operational issues are addressed and corrective action provided on time.Claims Management ? Responsible for Claim management Process & Coordination with team & Stake holders. Provide necessary information to the legal department/insurance agencies for the treatment of litigation/insurance claims; Monitor and follow accident/incident with carriers and applicable third parties and also collaborate with the relevant interface team(s).Invoicing - Control invoices, by ensuring on time invoice receipts by plants and perform Validation of freight invoice charges before passing to Planning, Logistics and Customer Relationship Manager.Partner Account Management ? Participate as assigned in Selecting & managing our partners using SRM Process. Monitor the carrier tool selection and ensure carriers meet the required Coca-Cola standards (SGP, Kore, SLA, etc.). Responsible to Monitor, manage & improve carriers performance. Conduct or support Business Reviews with suppliers/carriers/service providers.Project Management ? Manage local projects using standards processes and OE tools such as Project charter, risk assessments, Gantt charts, decision matrices, DMAIC throughout the projects.Performance Management - Be responsible for the carrier performance, rate & Extract notifications in SAP. (CSDR/SDR, etc) Provide relevant database and metrics analysis to better optimize our system and provide relevant communication to our internal stakeholders and customers, including participation into Customer business reviews whenever required.Logistics Technology Platform - Support and Contribute to the implementation of the TMS (OTM) across site as when assigned. Be responsible to support as assigned the process standardization, performance, and optimizations within CPS Plant.Compliance & Governance - Ensure that all activities are carried out in a way supporting the Company requirements such as KORE and local applicable regulations.OE - Ensure operational excellence and lean approach to all applicable activities carried out in Transportation and LogisticsCORE COMPETENCIES - THE FOLLOWING IS A LIST OF TOP CORE COMPETENCIES NEEDED FOR THE JOB

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• University/Bachelor?s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain management or equivalent.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• University/Bachelor?s degree as above.
• Post graduate degree in Supply Chain, IT or an MBA degree would be an added advantage.
