To guide, coach and liaise with hauliers and different T&S stake holders to ensure the smooth and compliant RT Operation? To assure that all the operational trucks in the fleet comply with the standards.? To be in close coordination with local Terminal, retail, OtD and commercial team to ensure timely upliftment and deliveries? To establish good relationship with local administration for proper implementation of all legal and Shell?s specific standards at all central locations.Job Accountabilities: ? Drive the enforcement of HSSE standards and improvement plans in haulier operations.? Ensure that haulier standards, procedures and controls are fully aligned with Shell Group standards and policies.? Manage road transport HSSE activities, including RT HSSE Case. Engage with hauliers and stimulate them to apply a culture of proactive HSSE management in their operations and among their drivers and other staff.? Ensure that Contractors train their drivers on time and according to Shell requirements. Carry out haulier audits and agree improvement programs with them, including setting and follow up of targets.? Participate in (potential) incident investigation and follow up on implementation of improvements.? Responsible for the development and implementation of strategies for Haulier Professionalization as per Shell Group Standards.? Responsible for developing a consistent and sustainable Haulier mind set, to manage all HP activities including annual audit (4 pillar) and training plans and to ensure follow up for enhanced customer service as well as HSSE compliance.? Active participation in Post award management.-Special instruction: The role is based in Karachi for the initial six months after which it will be relocated to Mahmood kot.
