  • This position executes Trade visibility drives at retail channels through deployment of various mediums at Jazz and ensuring ROI of the project
  • Devising innovative ways to brand the market and make sure that Jazz is seen as a lifestyle brand
  • Implementing trade marketing plans
  • Facilitates sales team in sales activities , event management, Franchise Branding and Maintenance to ensure retail and customer awareness and engagement
  • Creates POSM and distributes POSM to retail market and ensure deployment; Develops market intelligence reports (MIR) for insights on retail operations and competitions? visibility mediums; Handles publicity & advertising taxation issues.
  • Sales audit and market intelligence
These responsibilities are carried out WITH the objective to ensure effective implementation of visibility drives, timely deployment of POSM materials, vendor management to resolve issues related to trade visibility assets WITHIN the limits of organization?s SOPs, approvals form concerned authorities, and directions/guidelines from the supervisor.What does Executive ? Trade Marketing do?
  • Analytical view of the trade activites. (pre and post view of the execution alongwith ROI)
  • Leading and Maintaining Regional Visibility in collaboration with Head of Business support and sales team by visiting Market and selection of best locations.
  • Ensures timely completion of visibility drives: Shares visibility drive status reports with trade marketing team.
  • Regular Market visits to check and ensure quality of visibility items as per company defined specifications.
  • Coordinating, Managing & Leading Vendors to execute Visibility Drives through regular market visits.
  • Reporting Market Intelligence with respect to competition Visibility Status and offers, through regular Market Visits.
  • Market Visits highlighting areas of opportunities for improvement in collaboration with Sales Team.
  • POSM Management and Back Check to ensure execution in Market.
  • Market Visits to ensure sales support throughout the region.
  • Supporting Franchise Upliftment and Inside/Outside Branding/Maintenance and ensure company guidelines by visiting locations.
  • Management of Different Projects from HO e.g. Data Rural Eduction Project/ Youth Engagement/Retailer Events/Session/ Stop N Shops Handsets delivery and uploading Pictures & Acknowledgement Letters.
  • Support for New Sites Roll Out, low Revenue and USF Cell Sites Areas Visibility Plans and Execution for creating shout.
  • Event calendar compilation and esure required support.
  • Identification of Best suitable locations for Out of Home and Placement of required Promo/offers Artworks.
  • Hunt for New Innovative Visibility Items/Ideas to enhance Brand Image in Market.
