Grade Level: L1Location: IslamabadLast date to apply: 4th of September 2023What is Trade Marketing Executive?The Trade Marketing Executive is responsible for planning and executing Trade Marketing activities and projects to enhance brand visibility across North-3. The role requires close collaboration with regional sales teams & vendors regarding market visibility observation and competitive moves, identifying visibility mediums within the available budget and ensuring visibility materials deployment to retailers and franchises as per requirement. Moreover, need to ensure proper budget utilization & its productivity.The Trade Marketing Executive will also conduct market visits to identify potential and feasible outlets for execution of trade visibility activities in close coordination with regional sales teams. The role also requires coordination with sales team for planning and execution of BTL activities to achieve recharge growth targets across Pakistan.The role reports directly to the Trade Marketing Lead and it?s an individual contributing position with 3 more people working in the direct team.What does Trade Marketing Executive do?

  • Work as a focal POC from Trade Marketing and collaborate with other relevant internal stakeholders to ensure support to regional sales teams.
  • Visits markets (franchises & retails channel) to gain insights on market visibility, POSM requirements, and competitions visibility mediums.
  • Identify visibility drive gaps and accordingly propose visibility solutions to the Trade Marketing team for improvement in trade visibility domain.
  • Strategize and plan regional visibility drives and Trade promotions that engage our channels, enhance visibility within the market and aid in overall Channel Planning and Distribution target achievement.
  • Facilitate sales steam in obtaining approvals and negotiating with taxation authorities for BTL drives.
  • Ensure fulfillment of trade requirements and specifications during uplifting of franchises as per standards and within the defined timelines.
  • Support the department?s Digitization and Automation project to enable routine Trade activities to be managed seamlessly.
