  • Parts identification for all service related activities, parts costing, quote generation in TSC and sharing proposals
  • Order placement to various factories for parts , Raising of PR?s,R12 related coordination and reconciliation
  • Evaluate the service report and arrive at the scope of work for repair quotes˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙
  • Compressor overhaul parts selection and critical parts selection and proposals to Service & applied team˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙ ˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙
  • Help identify local parts like contactors, coil etc and follow up for third party vendor quotes
  • Quote to order entry in TSC for order booking and billing activities
  • Interact and resolve any technical clarification vis-…-vis quotes issued with customers/CSCs
  • Tracking of parts with Logistic coordinators in USA, Epinal, China and SMC
  • Order acknowledgement & Proforma Invoice issuance for orders
  • Legal vetting for offshore proforma invoices (where customer places order direct to SMC, US or Epinal like SAARC distributor and customers with duty exemptions)
  • Generate reports from TSC on for regions, if any discrepancy, coordinate with IT to get it corrected
  • Coordinate and Reconcile with IT for Service KPI reports monthly basis
  • Resolve service escalations with Customer Support Centre wrt presales on weekly basis
  • Updating of Customer Data at Portal to get Customer codes creation also Providing information w.r.t. TTIPL code creation in customer master,
  • Logistic Quotes/COJO Requests to factory via Tool.
  • Creation of New Equipment for WTY Information data in TSC for KPI perspective.
  • Spectrum selection for adaptiview upgrades, control upgrades and any other upgrade
  • Ensure data correctness, coordinate and support for routine audits
Qualification:B.E/B.Tech in any stream.Min 5+ Years of Exp. in Presales role.Excellent Communication Skills.We offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits and programs.
