This team is responsible for process, organization and communication to improve engineering efficiency as we scale. As one of the first few TPMs to join engineering you?ll play a large role in shaping our processes and the TPM team.As the Technical Program Manager, you will be in charge of day-to-day operations for 2 to 3 engineering teams. This includes leading and constantly improving the sprint planning, retros, demos and other agile rituals. The teams you will be working with are responsible for high-visibility projects that will help us win enterprise level deals.What You?ll Do:

  • Project manage high priority projects from requirement gathering to delivery
  • Lead, own and improve sprint rituals, such as sprint planning, backlog grooming and retrospectives.
  • Identify risks and blockers then work to mitigate and unblock through all the tools in your tool belt
  • Set goals and metrics for each team, then work with the team to hit each goal.
  • Coach engineers, PMs and leads on effective processes and best practices

What We?re Looking For:
  • 3+ years of experience in Program Management. Prior technical experience or a technical degree is recommended
  • Experience with project management software (such as JIRA)
  • You pride yourself on your organization and communication
  • Ability to lead without authority
  • Ability to gain meaningful insights from data and create an action plan
  • Capacity to work in a fast paced, continuously changing environment - You?ll jump in wherever you can
  • Strong experience with agile methodologies. CSM or PMP training is a bonus.
