Description :Grade Level: L4Location: IslamabadLast date to apply: 12th February, 2023What is Stream Head Talent Management, Learning & Performance?We are seeking a dynamic and proactive candidate to lead the Talent Management, Learning & Development initiatives at Jazz. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of business requirements and the ability to provide vision and guidance on developing leadership capabilities. With strategic and agile thinking, the individual would be responsible to provide overall direction and success of an organizations learning and development programs which includes assessing company-wide developmental needs to drive training initiatives. This position actively searches, creatively designs and implements effective methods to educate and enhance performance and redefine and shape our employee talent & performance agenda within JazzThe role reports directly to the Head Talent, Learning and Culture and has 4 people reporting directly into itWhat does Stream Head Talent Management, Learning & Performance do?

• Develops, implements and ensures the sustainability of an integrated Talent Management strategy, including a comprehensive approach for assessing, planning, managing, and developing the existing talent across the organization.
• Leads the development and implementation of performance and talent strategy at Jazz.
• Works with the HRBPs to conduct Talent Review meetings and ensure their output is adequately captured and the developmental plans are executed.
• Enables evolution of Talent Management design
• Creates process to anchors the performance management tools and processes in the wider ambit of holistic Talent Management.

• End-to-end ownership of L&D projects, including planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Guide the development of leadership capabilities at the organization and provide vision and guidance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align learning and development initiatives with business goals

• Lead and implement D&I and leadership development initiatives.
• Devise and implement strategies to create a learning organization.
• Create in-house e-modules via articulate suite for companywide and division specific trainings.

• Bachelors or Masters in HR or related degree with 8+ years of experience

• Proven experience in driving L&D and Talent Performance initiatives
• Deep understanding of business requirements and ability to provide vision and guidance
• Strong strategic and agile thinking
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive results
• Experience with Leadership and Management Development
• Experience in performance and talent management portfolios.
• Understanding of best practices and how to incorporate them according to the organizational context.
• High level of social acuity and experience of managing stakeholder comes from working in a diverse organization.
• Innovative and solution oriented.
