Job Description

Grade Level: L1Location: IslamabadLast date to apply: Feb 13th, 2023.What is Specialist Ethics & Compliance?The person will be responsible to manage the risks related to third parties, ensuring controls over third party payments, developing training content for employees and preparing/updating department dashboard.The role reports directly to the Manager Ethics & Compliance with an extended team of 03 team members.What does Specialist Ethics & Compliance do?

  • Responsible to perform due diligence of third parties via the available screening tool to identify the potential Ethics & Compliance (E&C) and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) related risks.
  • Responsible for reconciliation of blacklisted parties with sourcing data and take appropriate measures/controls
  • Ensure payment/procurement related controls regarding third parties and assist/advice to Accounts department on day-2-day matters referred to E&C
  • Review contracts from Compliance perspective and ensure all risks are appropriately addressed and compliance provisions are incorporated with oversight
  • Perform and provide support in periodic assessment on various compliance hallmarks to gauge the effectiveness of controls
  • Provide support on Audit activities to Internal/external Auditors? and ensure timely/effective closure of all E&C related matters
  • Providing support in various projects / initiatives i.e. Cost Optimization, Digitalization and Automation
  • Responsible to develop and effectively manage/update the training calendar
  • Manage E&C dashboard and perform any other Ad-hoc tasks assigned by Line
