Description :Grade Level: L1Location: LahoreLast date to apply: Feb 10th, 2023What is Specialist Contracts and BP Relations?You will be part of Workplace & Real Estate team which is responsible to manage a large Real-estate portfolio spread across country. Your responsibilities will involve Site visits, Lessors Management, negotiations with Lessors & Vendors, contract preparations & renewals, monitoring & control of relevant expenses.The role reports directly to the Expert Contracts & Vendor ManagementWhat does Specialist Contracts and BP Relations do?

  • Key responsibilities include End to End assets disposal processing including data collection, validation, coordination with Finance teams & on-site stakeholders and documentation.
  • Management of services agreements involving end to end procurement with SCM, Vendor Onboarding, Change requests, Stakeholders management.
  • Vendor induction & Due Diligence process for all Admin & RE vendors & service providers.
  • Liaison with Internal & External Stakeholders for Lease & Services affairs.
  • Management reporting & presentations for projects.
  • Preparation of Rental schedules, Rental Budgeting & Forecasting.
  • Offices relocation & Buildout Projects management.
  • Analyzing and developing Scope of Work, Detailed BOQ and for procurement.
  • Implementing corporate programs and requirements at the local office level.
  • Planning office relocation and assisting with office space planning.
  • Close coordination & supervision of on-site assets disposal.
  • Database management for Facilities assets and continuous monitoring & forecasting of future requirements.

  • We are looking for a candidate who is dynamic, assertive, persistent, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced organization.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Lease Management, Vendors management.
  • Bachelor or Masters Degree (Management or any other discipline)
  • Working knowledge of Administration & Facilities management operations

  • Candidate must have selling, negotiation, presentation skills to deliver his point of view to potential prospects and internal management.
  • Able to translate business requirements into high level design language.
  • Must be able to work with MS office tools.
  • The ideal candidate should have good communication skills to be able to advocate/defend his point of view with professionalism, maturity, and a balanced, holistic view of any competing viewpoints.
