Job Description

Position Title: Sourcing Specialist Workplace & Travel South AsiaLocation: Karachi HORole Type: PermanentJob Responsibilities

  • Manage a Spend of 40 Mn E for Workplace and Travel (Pakistan & Indonesia)
  • Source and manage the end-to-end purchase order process including accurate, timely issuance of POs,resolution of vendor issues, accurate delivery of materials and competitive sourcing ofmaterial/services when required.
  • Responsible to deliver on Key OKRs, including CLM(Contracting), Savings, Catalogued spend, Preferred Supplier Listing and Cash
  • Anchor/lead operational & strategic buying for Factories, Sales offices, Regional offices, and Head offices
  • Support global buyers in the Business Services portfolios directly responsible for Pakistan & Indonesia market
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure their requirements (requisitions) are fulfilled in a timely,efficient and accurate manner.
  • Proactively ensure transparency and compliance with business policies for sourcing activities in the PMU.
  • Proactively work with Supplier Ops to ensure day to day transactional work is being supported and making use of eProcurement tools to deliver increased value
  • Act as first point of contact for the business for issues/questions relating to Business service Procurement goods or services in assigned portfolio
  • Develop Strategies short, medium, and long-term for Business Services portfolio relevant to Workplace & Travel
  • Prepare Tenders/bids and negotiate in line with Unilever model and work proactively with Legal department
  • Be an active part of the Contract Management Team for Strategic and Tactical contracts andensure that the Post Award Contract Management process is driven by the business
  • Strategic Pillar Lead of RSP for Pakistan market
Education & Work Experience
  • Bachelors or BSc. Engineering, BBA/MBA
  • 5+ years of experience in Procurement, Manufacturing or any other relevant Supply chain function

  • Excellent Communication skills (Written & Verbal)
  • Computer skills (Ms Office, Auto CAD)
