Motive serves more than 120,000 businesses, across a wide range of industries including trucking and logistics, construction, oil and gas, food and beverage, field service, agriculture, passenger transit, and delivery.Motive is proud to be a Forbes Cloud 100 company and a 2020 Career-Launching Company by Wealthfront.About the Role:As a Sourcer at Motive, you would be responsible for creating a solid top of the funnel talent pool for our North American hiring goals for Sales, Engineering and G&A functions. The sourcing team essentially becomes the first point of contact for most candidates and your job would to share the Motive story with them via your excellent communication skills. Can be remote within the PK, and this is a contract role for 6 months.What Youll Do:

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of high caliber candidates for Sales, Engineering and, G&A functions
  • Develop an understanding of our products, technology, market position, and employer value proposition to successfully identify and engage passive talent
  • Work hand-in-hand with recruiters and hiring managers to devise and execute sourcing plans
  • Use social media networks to seek and connect with potential candidates and contact past applicants for new job opportunities.
  • Review online portfolios and resumes to pre-screen candidates
  • Influence candidate decision making by sharing our value proposition
  • Create recruiting messaging and follow up with candidates
  • Log candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System
  • Identify future hiring needs and proactively source potential hires
What Were Looking For:
  • At least 6 months experience sourcing/recruiting in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (particularly business email writing knowledge)
  • Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously
  • Advanced sourcing training is a plus i.e.: Boolean Search, , etc.
  • Basic awareness of sourcing tools and ATS systems (Greenhouse preferred)
  • Bachelors Degree would be preferred
