Primary responsibilities include:Designs, analyzes, develops, reviews, tests, debugs, delivers and supports software and/or new productsCoaches and mentors members of the teamDemonstrates strong understanding of the importance of end to end software development which may include working in Agile frameworks & DevOps PracticesHelps set strategic direction for the teamMay be responsible for talent acquisitionCultivates trust through personal and team relationships with a range of Product OwnersMentors and develops to high level of performance; shares tacit knowledge gained from experienceEngages with technology and business leadership to evolve architectural principles and ensure alignment with technology solutions with these principlesClose engagement with Architects and Design Authorities across multiple areasParticipate in Architecture & Engineering forums, perform design reviewsParticipate in Development Modernization and adoption of emerging/modern technologiesAlign with security standards and guidelines to ensure systems are secure and protectedWork with business stakeholders and gain support for critical technology investment decisionsThis role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:Must Have :Qualifications:Minimum 13+ years of experience in software engineeringAbility to lead small sized teamExperience with Java (Core & EE, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Cloud)Working knowledge of CI/CD tools & process (GIT/Bitbucket, Maven, Gradle, Jenkins, Sonar), Scripting languages (Python, Bash, Powershell)Experience with Testing tools & framework (JUnit, Selenium, Cucumber, Mockito)Experience working with RDMS system and SQL(Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL)Experience with Public and Private cloud infrastructure and solutions, preferably on AWSKnowledge of integration patterns and messaging technologies such as Kafka, RabbitMQWorking knowledge of Cloud deployments (Private Cloud / AWS / Azure) and container/orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud Foundry)Knowledge of Agile methodology and ToolsCreative problem solver and solutions developerProficiency in modern programing languagesKnowledge of industry-wide technology trends and best practicesPassionate about building an innovative cultureNice to have :Expertise in Domain Driven DesignKnowledge of Public and Private Cloud development and deployment including Kubernetes containers and/or AWS EKSExpertise in Performance testing tools.Building an innovative cultureJPMorgan Chase & Co., one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world?s most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
