We are passionate about evaluating and finding the right tech for the jobs at hand, and we get excited about building solutions for modern challenges.The Cloud Commerce Platform Experience team is looking for a Software Engineer III whose primary responsibilities are coding, design and implementation of distributed software solutions in a highly available cloud environment.Job Requirements:3-5 years? experience building scalable applicationsExperience with backend languages like Java, C#, Go or PythonStrong development experience with building scalable, performant web applications on Node JS, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.Experience with React JS, Redux, Webpack.Experience with web technology ecosystem in general.Ability to triage and troubleshoot production issues.Have a strong bias for making things happen and love the team aspect of product developmentBe an expert debugger of problems.Minimum qualificationsRequires at least 3 years of software development experienceProven experience working with Agile development methodologies and software development lifecyclesRequires knowledge of open source application frameworksBachelor? degree in Computer SciencePreferred qualifications:Experience with Java or other object-oriented languages is a plusExperience working in an e-commerce or direct to consumer retail environment is a plusHands-on experience with Open-Source projects a plusHands-on experience in the Cloud; specifically AWS a plusPrior experience in eCommerce and payments industry a plusKnowledge and experience of continuous delivery, including automated testing of various layers etc.Knowledge and experience of relational and NOSQL Databases is a plusImplement coding changes within a wide variety of services using a diverse technology stack, including Java, Spring Framework, Node.JS, DockerExperience with the following are a plus: MobX ,Go, Cassandra, Java, AWSExpert reviewer and Code style enforcerIdentify opportunities to clean, refactor and optimize the codebase.Defines new and cleans up old code standards and guidelines
