The resource will be a key player for development and quality assurance, working closely with architect, Operation and business team.The candidate should be a resource with strong technical backgroundThe candidate will be responsible for materializing the high demands of the business in accordance with the enterprise architecture and governance framework.Goals

• Development and Quality Assurance of applications/services
• Programming, Designing, Testing, Automation, Working Agile in DevOps teams
• Perform Functional and Non Functional ( Load, Security ) testing
• Write Automation scripts for back end and front end
• Ability to deliver in a fast paced and challenging environment focused on customer satisfaction
• Ability to work under pressure
• Help team members in their team avoiding conflicts by adhering to Telenor Policies & Procedures
• Should have aptitude towards researching and developing new tools and techniques with solution oriented approach

Your typical day at work

• Functional Testing of Web and Back end
• Programming, Designing, Testing, Automation, Working Agile in DevOps teams
• Develop and maintain Automation scripts (Web and Back End Services)
• Black box and white box testing
• Load and penetration testing
• Raise flag where delays are encountered and identify risk with proactive approach
• Follow up and make sure that correct software versions, infrastructure and configuration are set up in time before testing is planned to start
• Perform work like a team player
• Come in meeting prepared, make action points and self-follow up on open items
• Develop excellent business knowledge and apply it
• Work proactively following self-driven approach after training period
• Ensure Telenor Way and Values are followed in day-to-day work

Eligibility CriteriaEducation:Bachelors in IT/Comp. ScienceWork experience:

• 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience
• Solid concept of OOP, Data Structures, Algorithms
• Hands -on concepts of JAVA and Testing
• Hands-on concepts of DB and SQL
• Hands on knowledge of test automation framework both at service and web level for example (Selenium, Groovy Scripts) and tools for example POST MAN, SOAP UI
• Sound concepts of Agile Framework.
• Strong analytical skills
• Able to multitask and be proactive
• Excellent communication and documentation skills with attention to detail
• Strong team player, with the ability to contribute to team efforts and look for ?Best-of-bread? solutions
• Solid problem-solving with self-driven approach

Functional Skills / Knowledge Areas

• Software Automation Script development & maintenance (integrating Scripts and Web Scripts)
• Object Oriented Programming, automation and development, data base
• Knowledge of DevOps, Agile and SAFE practices would be a plus Hands-on with system testing and software quality assurance best practices and methodologies
• Strong analytical skills and solution driven approach
