Our services are available across the globe in a time zone aligned manner.Position PurposeAs a Social Media Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing social media advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, , Twitter, and others. Your goal will be to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads through strategic ad placements and targeted audience engagement.Education & Professional Qualification:

  • Degree(s)/Major(s): Bachelors or Masters in a relevant field from a reputed local/foreign University.
  • Certification(s): Not mandatory but certification in a relevant field is a plus.
Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Social Media Ads Specialist.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective social media ad strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop and execute lead generation campaigns designed to drive traffic and increase qualified leads. Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to optimize results and achieve targeted growth metrics.
  • Oversee and manage various lead generation campaigns across digital platforms. Analyze campaign data and traffic patterns to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure effective allocation of resources.
  • Conduct audience research and segmentation to identify target demographics.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align ad campaigns with overall marketing goals and initiatives.
  • Design, write, and manage compelling ad creatives, including text, images, videos, and interactive content.
  • Set up and manage ad campaigns on various social media platforms, including budget allocation and bidding strategies.
  • Monitor and adjust campaigns based on performance metrics, optimizing for maximum ROI.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and cost-per-click.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to the marketing team, highlighting campaign successes and areas for improvement.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine and improve future ad campaigns.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and targeting to determine the most effective strategies.
  • Continuously optimize ad campaigns to improve performance and reduce costs.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and algorithm changes in social media advertising.
  • Undertake other duties and responsibilities as required to support departmental and organizational goals, ensuring flexibility and adaptability in fulfilling various tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing social media advertising campaigns, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
  • Proficiency in social media ad platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, Campaign Manager, Twitter Ads, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, and others.
  • Excellent communication and creative skills, with the ability to write compelling ad copy and design engaging visuals.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends, best practices, and platform algorithms.
  • Certifications in social media advertising (e.g., Facebook Blueprint, Google Ads) are a plus.
