Essential Duties:?Operate skid steer loaders to perform tasks such as loading, excavating, backfilling, grading, and transporting materials.?Maneuver the skid steer loader using hand and foot controls to navigate tight spaces and perform precise movements.?Attach and detach various attachments to the skid steer loader, such as buckets, forks, augers, and grapples, according to project requirements.?Follow project blueprints, plans, and specifications to determine the appropriate tasks and techniques for completing work efficiently and accurately.?Coordinate with site supervisors, landscapers, and other team members to plan and execute tasks according to project timelines and specifications.?Perform routine maintenance on the skid steer loader, such as checking fluid levels, greasing moving parts, and inspecting hydraulic systems.?Conduct pre-operation inspections of the skid steer loader to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance.?Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to prevent accidents and injuries.?Communicate effectively with site supervisors and other team members to coordinate activities and ensure smooth workflow.?Maintain cleanliness and organization of the skid steer loader and surrounding work area.Requirements?Proven experience as a skid steer loader operator or similar role.?Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.?Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness (Dover test).?Strong knowledge of operating skid steer loaders and familiarity with various attachments.?Ability to interpret and follow instructions, blueprints, and project plans.?Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.?Physical strength and stamina to perform tasks such as operating controls and sitting for extended periods.?Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.?Attention to detail and a commitment to safety at all times.
