Job Description

Job PurposeTo supervise and maintain the electrical infrastructure through maintenance activities with capable team. This role also requires close interaction and communication with all sites relevant stakeholders for smooth and efficient execution of the required tasksEducation, Experience & Skills

  • Bachelor?s in Electrical Engineering
  • At least ˙2 ? 5 years of relevant experience
  • Have a sound technical knowledge of their discipline ˙
  • Good understanding of˙ business functions
  • Working knowledge of industry standards regarding Good Engineering Practice and cGMP.
Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure that all Electrical activities ? planned preventive maintenance, corrective / breakdown requests,˙ quality of work and staff safety ? are undertaken in a manner consistent with GSK policies and procedures in alignment with CMMS Routines.
  • To ensure all electrical setup (HT Panels, LT Panels, Transformers, Distribution Boards, UPSs and Inverters) are working smoothly with proper maintenance.
  • Ensure that Adherence of PM checklist as per plan.
  • Ensure that all electrical inventory in stores must be updated.
  • Ensure compliance with Global GSK policies and procedures comprising of GMP, TPs, BCP, EHS, GQP and QMS policies.
  • Planning the activities related to the maintaining and repairing of Physical systems of electrical equipment.
  • Ensure that requirements of TP-13 are fulfilled in the concerned area and all the ES Gap Analysis must be timely completed.
  • Participate in cross-functional engagement and provide engineering inputs where needed.
  • Monitor Engineering related Risks Assessment procedures as well as Self Inspections.
  • Be a role model on Leadership essential behaviours
