Experience on Siebel CRM design, configuration, customization of Siebel Enterprise Applications using Siebel Tools.
Good technical knowledge on Siebel Software Architecture, design, development, customization, application maintenance and application testing
Experience in integrating Siebel applications through various EAI Methodologies (Web Services, HTTP, JMS, etc.).
Specialize in working with technical staff to create, interpret, and implement business requirements into technical specifications.
Discuss with the business; prepare business requirements document, prepare application architecture, design solution, build, test and implement various modules of CRM meeting the requirements specifications that deliver value to the business e.g. increasing productivity, improving customer service, raising levels of security, etc.
Provide training to internal clients during implementation and subsequently as refresher.
Be responsible for understanding business requirements and aligning relevant Siebel functionalities to the requirements.
Use the functionalities of Siebel CRM to drive innovative customer solutions in collaboration with the wider business.
Develop and implement solutions to business ensuring the expected benefits (such as improved efficiency, improved customer service, etc) are achieved.
