  • Ensure that there is proper visibility of actual KPIs and Operations is performing well in all the KPIs.
  • Ensure GSOP Compliance review is completed for all facilities at least once a year followed by RCA and CAPA.
  • Ensure appropriate service levels to meet customer expectations.
  • Ensure strong working relationship and coordination with internal stakeholders like:
HR for training & incentives, Customer Services for service, GCC Team issues and training of GCC personnel, Commercial close coordination to enhance customer experience and improve service levels, E-Commerce for customer facing IT orientation, IT for Digitalization initiatives.
  • Develop a comprehensive annual Training Program aligned with the training road map, based on CIS trainings prescribed by Regional Office, locally developed role specific trainings.
  • Position is the Digitalization Champion for the Country Operations function, to automate the Operations activities. Facilitate all digitalization programs, 2 to 3 projects in a year, by taking best practices from Region and adapting for local implementation.
YOUR PROFILE
  • Masters Degree.
  • 8 to 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong in planning, organizing, decision making and team building skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
