Responsibilities:

Training of merchants for POS usage.
Downloading/installing and trouble-shooting POS terminals.
Maintaining POS terminals and rolling inventory for the area, visiting the merchant at-least once a month.
Inspecting POS terminal, for any tempering or mishandling, while delivering the POS rolls.
Updating inventory status.
Resolving reconciliation issues which merchant face.
Assisting merchants in resolving the disputes and chargebacks.
Reviewing activity of merchants, and maintaining the productivity of merchants.
Deploying POS terminals, providing printing rolls and providing service support to merchants in the allocated area.
Coordinating with the merchants for new alliances and joint ventures.ÿ ÿ
