Job Description

We want to build a next generation state-of-the-art hospital billing system to automate and streamline the billing operations.

  • Analyze existing systems and understand the new needs of the business/audience.
  • Conduct research on usability and customer experience.
  • Clarify requirements and segregate them into functional and non-functional categories.
  • Present solutions, ideas, and recommendations that serve the requirements
  • Document the discussions, concepts, and the finalized scope.
  • Create designs that align with the user needs
  • Prepare mockups, prototypes, wireframes, and interaction diagrams.
  • Oversee and contribute to the development of the screens.
  • Conduct testing to validate that the developed functionality is in accordance with the scope.
  • Continuously research and strive to understand audience needs better and improve the existing systems.
  • Document User Stories, Epics, SRS, FRS or any other specification documents.
  • Act as an UX evangelist for the team, educate and train people about UX culture and practices.
  • Be a bridge between client and development teams, finalize the scope of project in context of analysis and design.
  • Be a leader in the team, assist, support and guide the junior members in carrying out their responsibilities.
