Location(s):PakistanCity/Cities:LahoreTravel Required:Relocation Provided:Job Posting End Date:July 16, 2023Shift: Summary: ÿKey Job Objectives:-Develop and Implement Quality improvement activities throughout the value chain to protect product, package and trademark integrity, improve Quality performance and provide troubleshooting-Ensure all bottling plants, distribution centers and co-packers in theÿassignedÿfranchiseÿterritoriesÿareÿfully compliant withÿCompany policies andÿQSEÿrequirements-Ensure effective management ofÿingredient and packaging suppliersÿas per Company requirements (carbon dioxide, sugar, etc.) through collaboration with the Operating Unit Supplier Managers.ÿ-Ensure timely and accurateÿreporting as well as maintenance of allÿQSEÿdata as required for all TCCC QSE dashboards.Main Responsibilities:ÿProvide Governance onÿFood safety andÿQSEÿ- Working with bottlers and co-packers in theÿassignedÿterritoriesÿto develop and implement an annual comprehensive andÿdetailedÿQSEÿPlan with the objective of achieving the following:ÿ

  • Compliance of all Franchise bottling plants & Co-Packers to KORE requirements. This is determined throughÿthe CorporateÿUnannounced QSEÿAudits and annual plant visits.ÿ
  • The achievement of the Zero is possible safety vision and Safety metric goalsÿincluding:ÿTotal Incident Rate (TIR), SIF potential, Life Saving Rules and Route to Market safety metricsÿ
  • The achievement of theÿsustainability commitment goalsÿincluding: Water Use Ratio (WUR), Energy Use Ratio (EUR), CO2 Emissions, Source Water Protection, Wastewater?compliance and performance.ÿ
  • Development of Bottler personnel capability forÿquality,ÿfood safety, OSH & Environment.?ÿ
  • Address all existing and potential Quality & technical issues to prevent technical crisis, food safety violations, and consumer complaints in the spirit of preventing repeat incidents and continuous improvement
Job Requirements / Qualifications:ÿ
  • Education:??BachelorÿScience,ÿFood engineering Chemical Engineering or equivalent. Masters degree is preferred.
  • Experience: ?Minimum:ÿ+12-yearÿexperience inÿQSEÿfunction in management roles in food, beverage, chemicals, or pharmaceutical industry.ÿ
  • Preferred:ÿLeading a similar Quality & Food Safety Management roles for the last 5 years
Language Requirements:?ÿ
  • Excellent English writing and speaking skills is necessary
Travel Requirements:?
  • Up to 60% traveling time
