Eventbrite is looking for a Product Designer to work on user access into the product as well as tools to enable efficiency for our teams.THE TEAMDesign is a core part of our DNA at Eventbrite. We have a centralized design team that works in partnership with product managers and engineers to make a positive impact on our users? lives and businesses. To that end, designers are embedded in product teams in order to get to know our users better, collaborate effectively, and focus diligently on our products. The team cares deeply about design as a craft and values constructive feedback as an opportunity for improvement.THE ROLEWe?re looking for a Product Designer to lead the direction of our identity experience, leveraging industry best practices to enable creators & attendees access to log in to their Eventbrite services. They will also partner with our internal tools teams to build admin features for our customer support and sales services teams that assist our creators & attendees? success. As an advocate for high quality design, they?ll partner with designers across Eventbrite, engineers within their team, and product managers to create intuitive solutions for our users.Our Product Designers thrive when working with small teams that move fast and iteratively. They validate solutions through user research and testing, delivering features that provide user value in an agile environment. They work with our broader design team, which spans several offices, and own specific product areas which require ownership and self management.You Will

• Drive product design on a cross-functional team dedicated towards our Platform experiences, enabling ease of use and implementation for internal and external users.
• Partner with UX Research, Product and Engineering to understand user needs through qualitative and quantitative data and determine opportunities and hypotheses for solutions that balance experimentation and iterative development
• Leverage competitive and comparative analysis and data to inform strategic and tactical design decisions
• Create global product solutions that enable creators to quickly and easily accomplish tasks and workflows related to their event creation and management
• Identify, define and document patterns that will standardize development processes across development teams and shape the behavior of millions of event creators
• Engage and support a culture of feedback with other designers and cross-functional peers to continuously improve the quality of design

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE

• 5+ years relevant design experience with products that have shipped
• Portfolio showcasing how you approach problems and processes from hypothesis to execution with cross-functional teams
• A user-centered approach to designing software and services for people
• Experience with iterative development as well as A/B testing for experimentation on smaller, impactful feature wins
• Experience designing for diverse groups of people (localization, accessibility)
• Excellent UX, UI/Visual and communication/storytelling skills
• Growth mindset in a constantly evolving industry
• Bachelor?s degree in Design, Visual Communications, or equivalent experience
