You will be responsible for the People Management in Business Operations along with the service Management and the resource Management. You will be also responsible for the Customer Engagement Commercial Management.Your responsibilities:

  • You will be tendering support (inputs & consolidation).
  • You will be working on technical review (coordination with technical contributors).
  • You are responsible for Service Costing/manhours Input (coordination with technical contributors). You will be extracting technical offers from tool such as BOL and updating Cases and services issues in SFDC and CCRP.
  • Supporting account management & customer engagement at all levels.
  • Maintaining Legacy Projects closeout - all types of country wide. External Consortium Engagement - coordination and harmony with foreign counterparts, factories and Hubs.
  • Internal Technical Lead Centers Engagement with LPO, Sweden & Switzerland and rest lead centers.
  • Consulting & Ending User Engagement.
  • Technically Leading for Local Scope.
  • Customer & Supply Unit coordination - during tendering, executions and after sales phase.
  • Warranty and After sales supporting.
  • Technical knowledge sharing mainly for automation and system/ solutions.

  • A bachelor?s degree in electrical engineering.
  • Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
  • Hands on experience on cost models, internal financial mapping in SAP, ATLAS and other management tools.
