Works independently under the general direction of the Transition lead.? Implements the strategy defined by Sandoz patient safety for the transition of PV related process including mergers and acquisitions through supporting the establishment of a project team and leads assigned transition by assembling a lean and fit for purpose team.? Accountable for ensuring ongoing compliance with local and global regulatory requirements throughout the transition period.? Accountable for documentation management including preparing agendas and minutes, recording issues, risks, tracking project deliverables and timely escalation to Sandoz patient safety leadership and other line functions (as appropriate) to avoid any delay or failure implementing the transition strategy.? Supports global and local audits and inspections. Act as a subject matter expert during audits and inspections and lead the preparation of responses to findings and the development/ implementation of CAPAs related to transitional activities.? Responsible for the development of materials to facilitate mergers and acquisitions transitions? Approximately five to seven years of pharmacovigilance experience desired (not mandatory), including clinical safety, and closely related areas of development.? Training in Project management or experience in managing projects is desirable? Proven ability to work and handle multiple tasks independently and effectively? Robust presentation and instructional design skills.? Ability to multi-task and strong organizational skills required.? Excellent negotiation, conflict resolution, decision making, problem solving, communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.? Results driven, self-starter with proactive working style, committed and accountable, transparent working style also under pressure.?
