• To Support Ethics & Compliance officer ( ECO) , management of the BU and the Board of Directors in the implementation and operation of the Compliance Management Programme .
• Provide advice, counsel and recommendations as well as give input to business decisions and support ECO to grant approvals when specifically mandated in the Group Policies/Manuals

Your Typical Day will look like:

• Manager Anti-Corruption Policy & Business Partner Compliance Management Policy
• Lead and implement Telenor Anti-Corruption Progamme.
• Carrying out quarterly & annual Risk Assessment for Anti-corruption and implementing a risk program in collaboration with Enterprise Risk Management and local policy owners.
• Presents top compliance risks and mitigating activities to Local Risk Forums.
• Managing Compliance Committee, the BU Board of Directors & Group Compliance.
• Develop and implement a holistic local framework for the Business Partner Compliance management policy in line with Policy requirements
• Oversee the due diligence process for each individual business partner to ensure all process and procedures are followed.
• Develop IEC material to be disseminated each year
• Develop specialized training content in collaboration with senior management for each department within the organisation on a yearly basis to apprise employees of relevant ethical issues.
• Develop specialized training content for Business partners to apprise them about various Telenor policy requirements including Anti-corruption and CoC
• Handle enquiries from the Hotline, day-to-day questions and issues that arise regarding the Compliance Programme, involving relevant Local Policy Owners for policy areas not owned by Compliance.
• Provide risk-based training to employees within relevant target groups for policy areas owned by Compliance and on relevant compliance programme topics in line with the Local Compliance Program.
• Ensure implementation of Compliance Management System with Policy Owners under the GWP programme
• Help ECO Provide onboarding training to Local Policy Owners and periodic training on their roles and responsibilities related to the Compliance Programme.
• Support ECO in undertaking research to identify barriers to case reporting.
• Support ECO in developing high level initiatives to improve the Organisation?s integrity index score.
• Compile final fact finding reports for compliance incidents conducted by local management / function appointed by GIA&I and uploaded to the NAVEX hotline system.
• Recommends courses of action in consultation with relevant stakeholders, such as Local Policy Owners, Legal and HR for decision by relevant line management. Reports status and issues to Local Co
• Ensure proper and regular reporting of the E&C performance and KPI monitoring to the ECO, local compliance committee and the group compliance team.
• Maintain regular reporting and interaction with Group Compliance and other stakeholders.

Your Career Path:Potential Career Path Vertical leads to Head of Ethics & Compliance role.What were looking for:Education:Masters in Law Business /ACCA/ CCEP-I, LPEC, CFE, or any other E&C certification. Strong Legal or Audit background (Post-grad qualifications) will be preferredWork experience:

• Atleast 10 years in total ? out of which atleast half of it being in Legal / Compliance
• Experience of Risk Management , Conducting Due Diligence and reporting will be preferred
• Relevant work experience in Legal, Regulatory, Internal Audit, Anti-Corruption, & Compliance and other related fields
• Experienced in independent handling of Compliance Incidents
• Experience in designing and conducting various levels of of training related to Code of Conduct and other important issues
• Strong knowledge of telecom industry and critical business issues.
