• Achieve company savings targets having bottom line impact on company financials
• Ensure optimization and efficiency of operations
• Ensure customer centricity score uplift
• Ensure that spend data in Sievo (Planning and reporting tool) is correctly mapped and use analytical capabilities to initiate discussions and identification of sourcing initiatives.

Your Typical day at work

• Regular and coherent interaction with users to understand requirements and be able to develop and execute an action plan to achieve financial objectives.
• Maintaining a professional relation with vendors and getting insight into latest market/technology trends and practices and applying those insights for the best interest of Telenor.
• Be able to gauge the financial worth of vendors and propose risk mitigation plans, prepare, analyze and verify Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) calculations to ensure informed decision making
• Negotiating with vendors to achieve desired results and recommending award based on lowest TCO
• Post contract management, executing Vendor Relationship Management (VRM) program with key vendors and resolving disputes.
• Be the focal point for TPC initiatives and migration activities. This includes timely submission of information as and when required and securing the best interest of Business Unit (BU) in terms of Financial savings and business priorities. Support in Demand Collections, negotiations with global suppliers and run full procurement cycles under global framework.
• Provide input into Forecasting (FC) process by timely verifying that FC has been built based on contractual information and budgetary figures.
• Reporting of savings in Reporting Tool (Sievo) based on savings principles and liaise with Business Planning and Governance teams to ensure sourcing savings are updated/adjusted in a timely manner.
• Develop/Maintain contracts and frame agreements (Local and Global) in line with best practices
• Actively support efficiency and automation initiatives such that sourcing timelines are reduced to the extent possible. Ensure that team is well equipped with the relevant knowledge to implement systems and tools in an effective manner
• Extend all out support to internal stakeholders for Tools (COUPA) in PR/PO raising

What we are looking for?Education:Bachelor?s Degree (IT domain would be preference), Masters equivalent/MBA preferred (From a recognized university)Certifications: CIPS Level 2 certification is preferredWork experience:

• 2-3 years of overall experience
• Hands on experience in sourcing/procurement of ISIT Domain
• Strong Analytical and negotiation capabilities
• Intermediate legal knowledge, contract drafting
• Stakeholder management
• Proficient in MS office Excel, Words and Powerpoint module
• System Tools: ERP/COUPA/Oracle proficiency would be preferred
