You will closely work with Sales, Enterprise Systems, Order Management, and other teams to ensure there are no bottlenecks in the quote-to-cash process.What You?ll Do:

  • Conduct Daily Sales Deal Desk office hours with SMB Sales Segment
  • Provide consultative guidance to AE?s regarding deal structure and pricing along with assisting in the creation of quotes within Salesforce.com
  • Primary CPQ UAT Tester who will liaise with ESYS
  • Work with multiple departments for HW and SW cost updates
  • Maintain a confluence page and update the page with regards to any process or system level changes
  • Assist with the onboarding of new sales reps around the use of our margin calculation tool and approval process
  • Support in developing training materials, and sales examples and conduct regular contract training sessions ? to reduce contract variations between similar deals
  • Provide guidance and interpretation to finance and sales management of pricing, discounting, and terms
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum Bachelor?s degree preferably masters in Business, Finance, Management, or a mathematical solid discipline.
  • Order Management and CRM experience preferably in Salesforce (CPQ) is a huge plus.
  • Excellent Google Docs/Sheets and Salesforce reporting skills
  • Good understanding of basic accounting principles and quote to cash process
  • Have an analytical mindset with an emphasis on results and finding solutions to complex problems
  • Excellent project management skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly organized
  • Ability to self-motivate, work independently, and meet deadlines
  • Excited to work in a fast-paced environment with an innovative and hard-working team
  • Must have excellent written and verbal English skills
