Senior Assistant (Warehouse)DepartmentWarehouseEntityAga Khan University HospitalLocationKarachi, PakistanIntroductionAga Khan University Hospital invites applications for the position of Senior Assistant, Warehouse.ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for:

  • to carry out day-to-day operations such as receiving, storage, preservation, handling, issuance, charging of supplies to departments/ patient care areas as per organizational safety and Quality standards.
  • carry out general departmental duties as assigned by respective supervisor.
  • assist and perform day-to-day operations such as receiving, storage, preservation, handling and issuance of supplies to departments/ patient care areas as per defined procedures.
  • perform Inventory operations such as periodical physical counts, expiry monitoring, processing returns and record discrepancies if any as per defined procedures.
  • identify slow moving items and review re-order / par-levels of all items on periodical basis.
  • report discrepancies if any found while performing assigned tasks.
  • timely recording of all transactions into system/ paper documents as per defined procedures.
  • maintain personal and environmental safety standards as per guidelines of Safety & Security Department.
  • ensure quality of services as per organization?s standards.
Requirements
  • must be Graduate
  • two-year working experience in any warehouse will be preferred.
  • person must have Data Entry Skills, aware for Documentation, ability to work in Team with good coordination
  • employee Must have an effective communication, Supervision Teamwork & Coordination, Item Management, Reporting Skills, Inventory Control, Documentation and Computer Data Entry.
