Its teaching hospital, the Aga Khan University Hospital has been accredited by the prestigious Joint Commission International for achieving the highest international healthcare standards.Job Role / Responsibilities:Reporting to the Assistant Manager, PBSD we are looking for highly energetic and self-motivated individual with the ability to facilitate internal and external customers with regards to provide inpatient billing services towards finalization and issuance of bills, resolve the patients /attendant queries and other related tasks of billing services, you will be responsible to;

  • prepare and finalize the bills at the time of patient discharge
  • check and verify the transfer of all charges to patient bill
  • check and verify the daily validation report.
  • liaise between various service departments to record patients, s corrects charges
  • co-ordination between patient and Financial Counselor to resolve the patient billing queries as and when arise.
  • check and verify payment transfer into bill
  • clarify the patient query for the patient?s satisfaction on individual basis
  • monitoring the positing of exception report.
Eligibility Criteria / Requirements:
  • Graduate, preferably Bachelors in Commerce
  • minimum 2 years? experience in Billing and Finance of a service organization
  • good knowledge of excel
  • good communication skills, includes written and oral
  • orientation of basic accounting and account reconciliation
  • computer literate with good typing speed.
