Job Description

IntroductionThe Aga Khan University is a private, international university committed to international standards of excellence in teaching, research, and service. Its teaching hospital, the Aga Khan University Hospital has been accredited by the prestigious Joint Commission International for achieving the highest international healthcare standards.This is a contractual position.ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for:

  • assist supervisor in managing space related matter and keep the record
  • assist supervisor for all maintenance and administrative work of PRO
  • keep the updated record of medicines, distribute it to all field sites as per the requirement
  • keep record of the stationary & supplies, ensure timely distribution to the field sites as per the request received from the supervisors
  • maintain database for the procurement and inventory management
  • assist the team in event planning and management which includes logistic arrangements, liaising with participants of events etc
  • any other task assigned by the supervisor.
RequirementsYou should have:? a graduation or Masters degree? at least one to two years of relevant experience? the ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively? the ability to be an excellent team player? a good communication and interpersonal skills? resilience and ability to cope with work pressure? willingness to work in the communities
