Successful delivery of assigned tasks/deliverables/projects. Manages internal stakeholder expectations to foster effectiveness/productivity.? Attends meetings/teleconferences, provides meeting reports and conducts follow up activities.? Support SLA & Demand tracking & management of associated tool as assigned to ensure activities are in line with scope. Keep accurate and organized records of SLA & demand trackers.? Assist with the tracking and reporting and any other activities assigned. Follow all Novartis WPs and SOPs relating to Scientific Events.? Good understanding of Project management; Good hands-on experience on Ms Excel, PowerPoint? The Scientific Events Operations Specialist supports the correct and financial administration and accuracy of the CONEXTS team providing exemplary service to the product/project teams.? Strong interpersonal and listening skills?
