Successful delivery of assigned tasks/deliverables/projects. Manages internal stakeholder expectations to foster effectiveness/productivity.? Attends meetings/teleconferences, provides meeting reports and conducts follow up activities.? Support SLA & Demand tracking & management of associated tool as assigned to ensure activities are in line with scope. Keep accurate and organized records of SLA & demand trackers.? Assist with the tracking and reporting and any other activities assigned. Follow all Novartis WPs and SOPs relating to Scientific Events.? Good understanding of Project management; Good hands-on experience on Ms Excel, PowerPoint? The Scientific Events Operations Specialist supports the correct and financial administration and accuracy of the CONEXTS team providing exemplary service to the product/project teams.? Minimum: -University degree level / Graduate degree. Additional post-graduate degree desirable.? Strong hands-on experience on Ms Excel, PowerPoint. Good exposure in area of Project management, stakeholder management. Any certification in this area will be desirable? Fluent English (oral and written)? Attention to detail? Strong interpersonal and listening skills?
