  • Provide guidance on multiple IAM Sailpoint tracks in the bank like JML, Application Onboarding, Access Reviews, SOD Policies.
  • Work closely with multiple stakeholders & management to understand the business driver, scope of work, requirements and solution approach.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert for Sailpoint product in the team.
  • Understand & implement security controls & process required in IAM Team.
  • Key contributor in feature & solution development in Sailpoint
  • Expert knowledge in Sailpoint IIQ. In depth knowledge in designing, developing & deploying code in Sailpoint.
  • Hands-on development experience on multiple Sailpoint components like Application, Custom Connectors, Plugins, Lifecycle events, Rule, workflows, task, RBAC etc.
  • Strong programming skills in Java.
  • Experience with AD, LDAP, ADLDS, Databases.
  • Good understanding on security standards like REST/SOAP, SAML, OAUTH etc.
  • Self-driven & a person who takes complete ownership of their end to end task delivery with minimal guidance & supervision.
  • Good team player who can collaborate with team members across the globe.
  • Effective communication skills to work with multiple team members & stakeholders.
