Job Description

Routing and Quality Analyst should coordinate and execute messaging traffic management plans aligned with strategic and business goals; whilst ensuring we continue to deliver the high level of performance expected by our customers in the expected quality guidelines.Job Responsibilities

  • Develop a quality gate for the routes and categorize routes based on different type of Products. (LCR, Direct, Premium)
  • Apply regular testing to the Live routes and the alternatives.
  • Involve with the support team regarding any quality issue.
  • Automate and optimize testing process.
  • Test newly interconnected customers and report results to routing team.
  • Monitor live traffic/routes to ensure quality of live delivery.
  • Monitor VIP Clients traffic to ensure the highest quality for delivery.
  • Analyze and investigate the root cause of delivery failures.
  • Monitoring the SMS delivery over the different connections to suppliers.
  • Perform proactively quality improvement tasks.
  • Monitor Spam and act accordingly.
  • Communicate and report to providers the quality issues.
  • Analyze messaging reports and optimize current routing on various messaging product line by analyzing cost structure of destinations, identifying best possible cost compared to available quality.
  • Increase direct coverage to cover all MEA
  • Routing Profiles management, Traffic Balance.
  • Maintain backup routes for all Profile with same quality and features.
  • Maintain coverage features sheet.
  • Provide to the team colleagues an insight in terms of which routes and rates are required.
  • Reacting to low quality of delivery alerts and changing the routing to maintain a high deliverability.
  • Set up custom routing profiles.
  • Communicate ?Mandatory Increases? to commercial dept., if in case of an increase no alternative routes by available suppliers are found.
  • Support routing live issues.
  • Manage provider?s connectivity, VPN/SMPP. Etc.
  • Integrate new provider into CEQUENS gateway and testing their coverage/Features.
