Its teaching hospital, the Aga Khan University Hospital has been accredited by the prestigious Joint Commission International for achieving the highest international healthcare standards.Job Role / Responsibilities:Reporting to the Assistant Manager, you will be responsible to contribute to assigned academic, administration and education support.Your job responsibilities will include:

  • Ensure smooth and efficient day to day operation of research and data collection activities
  • Assist in monitoring the progress and record keeping of research activities
  • Carry out administration and monitoring of ongoing projects and liaison with research office
  • Ensure the smooth operation of keeping records of teaching materials, research, and Lab equipment
  • Assist in conducting academic sessions
  • Raise purchase requisitions (PR), material stock request (MSR) of equipment and reagent in coordination with purchase department and payment requisition through people soft and maintain records
  • Assist in preparation of budget and monitoring of financials for awarded grants
  • Any other duty or responsibility assigned by the reporting person.
Eligibility Criteria / Requirements:
  • Bachelor?s degree in Science/ Management/ Commerce and master?s degree would be preferred
  • 2-3 years of related work experience in health care institution
  • excellent hands on strategic management planning and trouble shooting skills
  • proficiency in computer skills
  • good knowledge of employee relation techniques
  • good communication & interpersonal skills.
