We want those who infuse mastery and passion in everything they do to create great products and unforgettable experiences for our consumers.Your role:This role will be part of a team of Customer Collaboration Specialists who report to the Customer Collaboration Supervisor and support them by conducting services relating to Customer Services. This will require working closely with global O2C, Go to Market and Supply Chain to meet Customer Services KPIs and financial targets.YourKey Tasks:

  • Monthly preparation & submission of 300+ employee WHT returns
  • Quarterly filing of vendor WHT returns (7500+invoices)
  • Preparation & submission of monthly VAT returns - entering sales tax invoices on the portal
  • Reconciliation of sales tax on vendor invoices
  • Reconciliation of sales tax returns with our records for input/output adjustment
  • Document retention requirements outside of ERP
  • Handling of local nuances in import process including payment of duties & taxes
  • Manual tax coding on vendor invoices prior to scan & upload
  • Handling of local nuances in export process
  • Corporate tax calculation
  • Annual income tax return
  • Quarterly income tax advance payments
  • Deferred tax calculation
  • Regular business support including transfer pricing local workaround
  • Tax FAR maintenance
Skills and Experience:
  • Bachelor?s degree in Sciences or Business (preferably Supply Chain and/or Logistics)
  • Two to three year of business experience preferably in taxation processes
  • Familiar with SAP functionalities (with preference for SAP S/4HANA)
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Action orientated to deliver results under time pressure
  • High analytical skills
  • Proven track record on improvement performance
  • Service oriented attitude
  • Able to adapt to changes quickly
