Employment Type:This is a contractual position.Duration:12 months. The contract may be extendable depending on requirement of the business.Location: This role is based in Lahore, Pakistan.Flexibility: HybridThe Role:We are looking for an individual who takes lead and provides productive analysis related to Departmental KPI and share insights / health check and key parameters to meet business objectivesYour Impactful Goals will include:

• Provide the in depth analysis to various business questions faced by business subscriber management team
• Provide hands on expertise on creating daily/monthly visibility related to departmental performance
• Keeping track of all departmental Level KPI and Alarm generation if not on track
• Provide expert judgment/ advice in a variety of mission critical initiatives
• Help business subscriber management team to achieve their KPIs efficiently and to address their problems through robust and quality analysis
• Establish the analysis for business subscriber management team as an expert, which may be capable of providing answers to all business questions

How will your Typical Day look like:

• Have Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports & dashboards developed for major KPIs
• Perform in-depth study and build strong understanding of Key Performance Indicators and make different analysis across diverse considerations
• Addressing the business questions raised by key stakeholders through sound analysis along with recommendations of areas for improvement in business operations utilizing various analysis techniques
• Build relationship with key stakeholder teams to develop an effective information base
• Reporting, data interpretation and quantitative analysis
• Process oriented approach towards problem solving
• Show results both operationally and strategically
• Support key stakeholders to achieve their Business targets
• Meet all performance tracking reports deadlines with accuracy
• Engage BI and Tech/system teams to build reporting framework
• Respond to analysis and reporting needs within TAT

What were looking for:Education:

• Bachelors/Masters (preferably MBA MIT/MSc)

Work Experience:

• 2 ? 3 year Telco experience on reporting & analysis

Functional Skills / Knowledge Areas:

• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming
• A good experience of .Net Platform
• Familiar with various design and architectural patterns
• Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server/Oracle
• A good understanding of Java language ? preferably with respect to web and application development
• Good understanding of XML.
• Understanding and working experience on Mobile/ Application Development Kit
• Able to integrate different system API?s with user based application. Should have a grip on android/ web API?s
• Should have creative skills
• Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes
• Develop reporting requirements for new products and monitor progress
• Automate operational tasks to reduce execution time.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Team player and should be able to operate well in teams.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high demand, team oriented, and fast-paced environment.
• Sound stakeholder management skills
