JOB DESCRIPTION:Reporting to:Head of Channel Key AccountsDepartment:Commercial ExcellenceDivision: Established Pharmaceutical Division (EPD) - Commercial Location: Multan RegionJob Summary:This is a key role to control Crossflows across the region of the our products to meet the changing business demands. Ensuring compliance of Abbott stock at customer level against potential, rates & all other filed compliance. The core job of RSM Channel will involve analytical avenue within the sale data to flag out flagged outlets in retail , Institutional & wholesale channel across respective regions of Pakistan.Major Responsibilities:

  • Perform detailed analysis through the data of secondary sales, provide their insight to the HOC and plan field visit for further investigation
  • Collect the visits information and arrange a discussion with the distributor for action validation
  • Submits the validated cases to the HOC for closure
  • Identify any unusual sale in any brick / Area / City, validate & report to HOC
  • Prevent Crossflows by checking Sales Invoices to wholesale and retail outlets by physical validation
  • Report crossflows, wholesale counter discounts & competitor activities
  • Maintain W/S IMS ratio as per Company?s guidelines / policy
  • Validate Institutional sales through invoices and field visit
  • Monitor, analyze and evaluate market trends, and dynamics to ensure legitimate sales
  • Effectively collaborate and engage with sales / Trade team and cross functional stakeholders for creating buy-in of opportunities and ensure strong implementation of designed strategies
Education/Knowledge & Experience:
  • Bachelors Degree or Pharm-D from reputed University.
  • 3-5 years? experience in diversified pharma markets.
  • In depth knowledge of all TAs. On hand Information of Retail / Wholesale market dynamics, Cut rates of Abbott and Industry?s core products, Knowledge of assigned geographical region.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Hands on experience with MS Office
  • Strong Analytical skills
  • Critical and Strategic thinking.
