They include architects, designers, planners, engineers, facilities managers and other specialists driven by progressive thinking and creative ideas to shape a better future.Its technical experts deliver sustainable solutions that cover the entire project life cycle from planning and design, through to delivery and management, as well as a full suite of multidisciplinary consultancy services across a diverse range of sectors including transportation, water, aviation, healthcare, hospitality and renewables.A global urban, infrastructure and managed services consulting firm with over 70 years of track record in successful project delivery, Surbana Jurong has built more than a million homes in Singapore, created master plans in more than 60 countries and developed over 100 industrial parks globally.The RoleWe are seeking an established Regional Manager - Water Resources & Irrigation (WRI) and Water Infrastructure (WI) to manage this sector across the Pakistan region.As the Regional Manager in Pakistan, you play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic landscape by not only overseeing the day-to-day operations but also steering the direction of the Water Resources & Irrigation and Water Infrastructure sub-sector.Your responsibilities extend to ensuring the highest standards of operational and technical excellence, navigating the complexities of profit and loss management, and championing the development and mobilization of resources within the Pakistan Region.Beyond these core functions, your leadership is instrumental in cultivating strong client relationships, contributing to the overall growth and success of SJ Group.As an ideal candidate, you will have:

  • 15+ years in the industry with proven success in Senior Management roles.
  • Expertise in managing large-scale Water Resources & Irrigation and Water Infrastructure projects, client relationships, and multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Effectively managing and leading the business to ensure optimal performance, resourcing, retention, growth and professional development
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline; postgraduate and project management qualifications highly regarded.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry standards, legislation, and market trends across Pakistan.
  • High level communication skills, including negotiating and resolving highly complex commercial, technical and people matters.
  • Managing the commercial performance of the team
